13:18 - Tuesday, June 11th - Arrived in Dinan on Sunday with Antoine and Fabien to prepare for today's race start. We've spent three days resting, eating, and preparing our bikes and gear, just like last year. After a hectic time in Paris, these days have been crucial for recovery. Although conditions aren't ideal, they're better than expected. The race begins tonight at 7 p.m. from Dinan's center, covering 2,607 km with 32,000 meters of elevation gain. The route is challenging with few flat areas and minimal grip. It starts with 350 km in Brittany, followed by a relatively flat 400 to 450 km stretch, then a tough segment to the Plateau des Millevaches, and onwards through various challenging terrains up to Mandulieu. Like last year, I aim to compete for the win, especially leveraging the initial rolling parts of the course which suit me better.
