After winning the 2023 Swiss Ultra Cycling Challenge, I decided to step things up and set my sights on a bigger goal: winning the Race Across France. To level up my performance, I teamed up with my coach, Loic Lepoutre, and a sports psychologist. Progress was undeniable, and I found myself competing for the win in every race I entered. But ultimately, I fell short of my goals—scratching near the finish of the Race Across France after a strong start and losing my title at the Swiss Ultracycling Challenge. The improvement was there, but the results weren’t. Will 2025 tell a different story?

In 2023, I set out to answer one big question: could I actually win an ultra endurance bike race? I had no idea—and the odds were anything but certain—but I was determined to find out. It was my first real season as an ultra cyclist, with five races on the calendar, all building toward one ultimate goal: winning the Swiss Ultra Cycling Challenge 2023.
